Woodland Valley Disc Golf Inc. is owned and operated by the Burnham Family of Limerick, Maine. In August of 2004, they were looking for ways to utilize the family's 120 acre homestead by creating a business that would retain the property's rural character, be environmentally friendly and be a facility that was affordable for families to come and enjoy the great outdoors. After reading an article in the Portland Press Herald about disc golf, Howard, his wife Linda and sons Dan, Jeff and Greg decided to investigate building a disc golf course on a portion of the farm. With information obtained from The Professional Disc Golf Association and other course owners, the Burnhams designed a course that not only made the best use of the land, was respectful of their neighbors and took into consideration environmental and wildlife concerns.

The course presently consists of 2 18-hole courses, parking for 100 cars and a clubhouse with food, drinks and a pro shop carrying all major brand discs. The Burnhams invite you to visit Woodland Valley and experience the fun you can have playing disc golf on their course.
